ANNOUNCEMENT
The County of Lawrence is seeking a qualified individual for the position of E911 Director. The ideal candidate will be able to perform essential job functions including but not limited to:
- Manage the daily operations of the dispatch center
- Schedule dispatch personnel for 24/7 coverage
- Schedule and manage required employee training and certifications
- Payroll submission and budget
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Manage vendors, equipment and building maintenance
- Certification in LEADS, APCO Telecom, APCO EMD, APCO EMD Manager, CPR BLS is required
- Knowledgeable in QuickBooks, Word, Excel
- Other duties as required
The starting salary for this role is $55,000.
