Remote Public Records Search
The Lawrence County Recorder's office records are available to search for free at the Lawrence County office during regular business hours.
The Recorder's office is responsible for recording all:
- All court orders pertaining to property
- Bonds
- Deeds
- Mortgages
- Oil and gas leases
- Other miscellaneous documents
- Service discharges
- Surveys
- UCC 's
- Wills
We also offer two options that provide an individual or company the ability to search our records from any location at any time.
Tapestry is intended for the occasional public records search. There is a fee per search service with payment made by credit card.

Laredo is a subscription based service that charges a monthly fee. Payment for Laredo is through a required escrow account, and an account must be set up with the Recorder's Office before remote searching will be available.

Cost: for all accounts there is a .25 cents per printed page as of December 1, 2020
